With our meat and lake fish recipes, every dish is enhanced by what we consider to be the key ingredient of Italian cuisine, one that also our restaurant its name: extra-virgin olive oil, which we import directly from the Cilento area and from small Tuscany- and Lazio-based consortiums and producers.
In order to enhance every dish, over the course of the years we have created a personal wine cellar, including various local organic wines, mostly produced by winemakers we know personally and whose philosophy we share.

We also have to mention our pizza, prepared with genuine ingredients, and filled with Mediterranean cuisine flavours in each and every slice: slow-cooked tomato, basil and mozzarella from southern Italy.
